茶多酚对饮用塘水基因毒性的抑制作用

摘要 分别利用人和大鼠的原代肝细胞非程序DNA合成试验(HPC/UDS),检测茶多酚(DTP)对广西某肝癌高发区居民的饮用塘水浓缩物基因毒性的影响,结果发现:0.10mg/ml的GTP可抑制塘水浓缩物对大鼠肝细胞DNA的损伤,而浓度为0.05~0.50mg/ml的GTP可抑制塘水浓缩物对人肝细胞DNA的损伤,且显示出一定的剂量—效应关系,这表明GTP可抑制塘水存在的基因毒性物质,提示饮用绿茶对肝癌高发区的人群可能是有益的。 Unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) assays in human and rat hepatocyte primary cultures were used to examine the inhibitory effect of Green Tea polyphenols (GTP) on the genotoxicity in drinking the pond water of a high incidence area of liver cancer in Guangxi,China The results indicated that at the concentration of 0 10 mg/ml,TGP could inhibti the DNA damage in rat hepatocytes At concentrations ranging from 0 05 mg/ml to 0 50 mg/ml,GTP could inhibit the DNA damage in human hepatocytes,and showing a dose effect relationship These results indicated that GTP could inhibit the genotoxicity of the genotoxicants found in the pond water,and suggested that drinking green tea might be beneficial to the people living in the high incidence area of liver cancer
