摘要
观察螺旋藻（Ｓｐｉｒｕｌｉｎａ）对运动大鼠肾组织脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性的影响。结果表明，运动使肾组织ＬＰＯ浓度升高和ＳＯＤ活性降低；螺旋藻可缓解ＬＰＯ的升高和ＳＯＤ活性的下降，提示其可能有抗运动性肾损伤的作用。
This acticle reported the effects of spirulina on Lipid Peroxides (LPO) concentration and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of the renal tissues duing exercise.The results showed that exercise caused an increase in LPO concentration and a decrease in SOD activity.Spirulina could counteract the increase in LPO concentration and the decrease in SOD activity.The result showed that spirulina could counteract the renal wound caused during exercise.
