摘要
特高压换流站换流变压器数量多、运输尺寸和质量巨大,是制约换流站建设的关键因素之一。锦屏特高压换流站为同期建设的容量最大的特高压换流站,且位于四川凉山彝族自治州西昌市,既不在沿海也不靠通航大江,大件运输尤为困难。换流变压器的运输方案与设备选型、设备制造以及现场安装工艺等密切相关,运输方案需对变压器设计和运输条件进行综合优化后确定。文章提出了可供比较的2种运输方案,即铁路运输和水路运输方案,并结合特高压换流变压器的技术现状得出了锦屏特高压换流站换流变压器应首选铁路(至西昌)+公路(至站址)运输方案,而水路运输方案作为后备方案的结论。
The one of crucial factor to restrict substation construction is the converter transformer with large quantity, big size and huge quality for transportation in UHV converter substation. Jinping substation is the UHV converter substation with the biggest capacity, and located in Xichang, Liangshan, Sichuan, which neither is being coastal nor reties on big river, and is particularly difficult on transportation condition. The transportation scheme of converter transformer is closely related with the equipment type selection, equipment production as well as the technology of field assembly. And the transportation scheme is determined after synthesizing optimization of transformer design and transportation conditions. This paper put forward the 2 kinds of transportation scheme, railway transportation and water borne transportation. Combined with the present technical situation of UHV converter transformer, the conclusion of the transportation scheme for UHV converter transformer in Jinping substation is that the first is railway to Xichang and then highway to Jinping substation, the scheme of water borne transportation is reserved.
