摘要
某电厂DC1025/18.2-Ⅱ6型锅炉为加大贫瘦煤的掺烧比例,采用了水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器技术改造。进行了混煤掺烧优化调整试验研究,在50%贫瘦煤与50%长焰煤掺烧、60%贫瘦煤与40%长焰煤掺烧、70%贫瘦煤与30%长焰煤掺烧情况下进行了试验。改造后,在60%无烟烧和40%烟煤配比的情况下,锅炉效率为92.3%,锅炉实现了50%负荷长期无油运行;改造前再热汽温始终偏低的现象有明显改善,锅炉没有发生因结渣影响运行的情况。文章对燃用烟煤和贫瘦煤掺烧的锅炉运行调整和改造具有一定参考作用。
In order to increase the blended lean coal proportion of DGI 025/18:2 - 116 type bifumirious coal-fired boiler h a certain power plant,the pulverized coal burner with horizontal dense - dilute air was adopted to retrofit the boiler,and the optimization-adjustment testings and researches of blending proportion were carried out.The folbwing blending conditions were tested:50% kan coal blended with 50% long - flame coal;60% lean coal blended with 40% long - flame coal;70% lean coal blended with 30% long - flame coal.After retrofit,trader the blending proportion condition of 60% anthracite and 40% bituminous coal, the efficiency of boiler reached 92. 3%, without oil- aided,long - term 50% load operation of boiler was realized, the phenomena of all - along lower reheat steam temperature before retrofit were improved evidently,and no phemomena of slagging affecting the aperation of boiler occurred again.The paper has a certain reference role for the operation - adjustment and retrofit of boiler burning blended bituminous and lean coal.
