摘要
文章针对扬州第二发电有限责任公司600MW机组微油点火稳燃技术的应用改造,介绍了微油点火技术的工作原理、改造方案、系统组成。具体采用的改造方案为:用气化小油枪代替启动油枪,在气化小油枪燃烧器中布置煤粉浓缩装置和分级燃烧筒,实现煤粉的浓缩分级燃烧,不影响原来燃烧器的性能。改造完成后,从启动升温、升压速率、炉膛出口烟温、煤粉燃烬率、燃烧器超温结焦、NO_x排放量、微油点火改造的经济性方面进行了分析,微油点火启动过程中助燃效果好,煤粉燃烬率在99%以上。最后指出了机组微油启动过程中需注意的问题。
In light of the application - retrofit of least oil consumption ignition stabilizing technology in the 600 MW unit of Yang zhou No. 2 Power Generation Corp. Ltd., the paper briefed the working prineiple, retrofitting scheme and system confignration of least oil consumption ignition technology. The concrete adopted retrofitting scheme involved:to adopt the small gasified oil gun to replace the starting - up oil gun,in the small gasified oil gun burner to arrange pulverized coal concentration device and staging combustion tube to realize the concentration - staged combustion of pulverized coal, with the performamce of original burners not influeneed.After the retrofit was completed,the start-up heating -up and pressure rising rates,flue gas temperature at furnace outlet,burn-out rate of pulverized coal, overheating - slagging of burner,NOx emission and the economics of least oil consumption ignition etc.were analyzed, the stabilization effect of least oil consumption ignition during start - up process was good,the bum - out rate of pulverized coal was more than 99%. Finally the paper indicated the matters needing attention during the least oil consumption ignition start - up process of unit.
