摘要
F级燃机是目前国内最大型的燃机,在国内尚没有成熟的机组安装管理经验可借鉴。文章结合惠州天然气发电有限公司9F级燃机工程的实践,介绍了大型燃机在安装过程中的吊装方法及步骤,以及系统管道内部清洁方法。机组投入1年多,运行状况良好。
The F - class gas turbine is the largest gas turbine in China, there isn＇t any experience in the installation and management presently at home.Combining with the installation practice of 9F - class gas turbine project in Huizhou Natural Gas Power Generation Corporation Ltd.,the paper briefs the hoisting - installation method and procedures as well as the internal cleaning method of system pipe. The combined cycle unit has gone into operation for one year,operating status is well.
