分析海水水质对低温多效海水淡化设备的影响因素,详细介绍黄骅电厂海水淡化预处理工艺研究和应用情况。对运行中暴露出来的问题,即在冬季发现海水淡化系统的板式换热器和冷凝器内有铁红色污泥软垢沉积。对此分析并给出解决措施,并提出了完善建议。

This article analyses the influence factors of feed seawater quality on the low temperature multiple effect desalination（LT- MED）equipment,and details the research and application of pretreatment process of seawater desalination in huanghua power plant.For the problems exposing in operation,i.e. ,in the platen heat exchanger and condenser of seawater desalination system there are iron-red sludge and soft scale deposited ha winter,the article puts forward the resolving measures and improvement suggestions.
