摘要
介绍GSM-R越区切换的过程和切换准则,并且根据GSM-R小区分布的特点,在传统目标小区排队模型的基础上,提出切换呼叫采用排队而源发呼叫不采用排队的方案,仿真结果表明,这种方案有效地降低了GSM-R系统的切换阻塞率。
Procedure and principles of handoff in GSM-R System were introduced.According to the characteristics of the distribution of the GSM-R cells,a strategy was proposed based on traditional schemes,which adopted queue for handoff calls but not for the original ones.The results showed that this strategy could reduce the blocking probability of handoff efficiently in GSM-R System.
