基于主动救援的长大水下隧道消防应急设计集成

摘要 从长大水下隧道的实际火灾特点出发,试图引入综合性、集成化的多层次与多模块的设计集成思想;从工程整体应急处置技术的可行性、协同性和最优化的视角,来重新考量诸如长大水下隧道这类特殊功能建筑的消防设计。提出了针对长大水下隧道的消防应急设计集成新概念,深入讨论了消防应急设计集成的思想方法,并就基于主动救援的消防应急设计集成的基本内容及其有关关键技术等进行了探讨。 An new conception, the design integration of fire protection and emergency in the design of the long underwater tunnel is presented in the paper, in which combining with the fire characters in the long underwater tunnel, the design integration idea based on meta synthesis, multi-levels and multi-modules are tried to introduce. The new conception is different from the traditional method, due to reconsidering the fire protection design of a type of special function construction, such as the long underwater tunnel, in the new view of the feasibility, synchronization and optimization in the holistic engineering design of the emergency technology. In the following, the method of the design integration of fire protection and emergency, the content of the design integration of fire protection and emergency based on initiative sueeour, and its key technologies are discussed.
