摘要
目的:研究飞蓬(Erigeron acerL.)全草的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱法及制备型硅胶薄层色谱对其化学成分进行分离,并利用^13C-NMR,^1H-NMR和MS等方法鉴定分离得到的化合物。结果:从飞蓬的干燥全草中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为α-香树脂醇(1)、β-香树脂醇(2)、咖啡酸(3)、槲皮素(4)、4′-羟基黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5)。结论:该5个化合物均为首次从飞蓬中分离得到。根据DEPT、HMQC、HMBC谱对化合物(5)的碳信号重新进行了归属,同时根据HMBC、HMQC、^1H-^1HCOSY谱首次归属了该化合物葡萄糖醛酸部分的2″-5-″H的信号。
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Erigeron acer. Methods : The chemical constituents were isolated by various columns and thin layer chromatographic methods. The structures were identified by spectral data. Results : Five compounds were isolated and identified as α-amyrin( 1 ),β-amyrin( 2 ), caffeie acid (3), quercetin(4 ), 4′-hydroxywogonin-7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid glycoside(5 ). Conclusion: The five compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time. The signals of ^13 C- NMR of the compound (5) are reassigned by means of DEPT,HMQC ,HMBC, the signals of ^1H-NMR of 2" -5"-H of the glucuronie acid moiety are assigned by means of HMBC,HMQC、 ^1H^1H COSY for the first time.
