摘要
目的:对五层龙的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用溶剂萃取及柱层析进行化学成分分离、纯化,并利用各种光谱技术分析鉴定结构。结果:从五层龙中得到16个化合物,其中7个三萜及甾体类化合物:羽扇豆醇(1)、Lup-20(29)-en-3-3β,30-diol(2)、30-Hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-one(3)、3,22-dioxo-29-normoretane(4)、熊果酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7);4个黄酮类化合物:槲皮素(8)、槲皮素-3′,4′-二甲醚(9)、槲皮素-3′-甲醚(10)、山奈酚-4′-甲醚(11);3个酚酸类化合物:没食子酸(12)、没食子酸乙酯(13)、鞣花酸(14);2个脂肪族类化合物:正三十一烷醇(15)、正三十一烷十二醇(16)。结论:1-4、8-13系首次从该属植物中分离得到,5、14-16系首次从该植物中得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Salacia prinoides. Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with various column chrmoatngraphy and the structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral analysis. Results: Sixteen compounds, including seven triterpenes : lupeol ( 1 ) , Lup-20 ( 29 ) -en-313,30-diol ( 2 ) ,30-Hydorxylup-20 ( 29 ) -en-3-one ( 3 ) , 3, 22-dioxo-29-normoretane ( 4 ) , Ursolid acid ( 5 ) , β-Sitosterol ( 6 ) , β-Daucosterol ( 7 ) ; Four flavanoids : Quercetin ( 8 ) , Quercet-in-3′, 4′- dimethylether(9) ,Isorhamnetin(10) ,Kaempferol4′-methylether( 11 ) ;Three Phenolic acids :Gallic acid(12) ,Ethyl gallate(13) ,Egallic acid( 14 ) ;Two Fatty series : Hentriacontanol( 15 ) ,Hentriacontan-12-ol( 16 ) were obtained from the titled plant. Conclusion : 1 - 4,8 13 are isolated from the genus for the first time,5,14 - 16 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
