办好运动人体科学本科专业的理论与实践

On Theories and Practice of the Successful Development of the Undergraduate Major of Sports and Human Body Science

社会发展与高等教育改革的大背景下,为了我国运动人体科学专业主动适应国家经济社会发展对人才培养提出的新要求,积极进行内部调整与教学改革,以增强专业活力与竞争力。本文回顾了运动人体科学本科专业的创建与变迁历程,对运动人体科学本科专业办学现状进行了调查,研制出了运动人体科学本科专业"课程方案",分析了"课程方案"预施反馈意见,从而提出进一步优化课程体系改革的建议,在"课程方案"指导下,研究和改革专业教学计划(培养方案)和课程结构,研究和改革主干课程、基础课程的教学内容和体系,使之形成一个结构科学合理、主干内容突出,层次分明的课程体系;今后在"课程教学指导纲要"的指导下,编写出高水平、高质量的专业课程教材和与之配套的辅助教材(实验指导、题库、教学参考书等);积极运用现代教育技术改进教学方法和手段;教师要提高自身学术素养,培养有创新能力的学生;改革教学管理制度,实行完全学分制,进一步提高学生的知识、能力和素质。

Under the background of social development and the educational reform of institutions of higher learning, this study is conducted for the purpose of making the major of sports and human body science in China actively adapted to the new requirements of talents cultivation demanded by the national economy and social development, carrying internal adjustment and educational reform positively so as to strengthen the vigor and competitive power of the major. Through a review of the establishment and the develo- ping history of the major of sports and human body science and a research of the current development of the major, the authors have figured out a curriculum plan for the major of sports and human body science,analyzed the feedback and suggestions from the try-run of the execution of the plan and put forward further proposals for optimizing the reform of the curriculum system. With the guidance of the curriculum plan,the teaching plan （or the cultivation plan） and the curriculum structure are studied and reformed, the teaching contents and system of the core courses and fundamental courses are also studied and reformed to make them forming a curriculum system with a reasonable and scientific struc- ture, showing prominent core and subsidiary contents and clear and different levels. Under the guidance of the ＂Guidelines of Curriculum Teaching＂, it is suggested that higher level and higher quality teaching materials for the major and the auxiliary teaching mate- rials （such as experimental guide books, exam papers＇ bank and teaching reference books） which fit to the teaching materials should be compiled and produced; teaching methods and means should be improved with modern educational technology;teachers are advised to improve their academic attainments and raise students with more creative abil- ities;the teaching management system should be reformed to practice a complete credit system so as to enhance students＇ knowledge,ability and quality.
