摘要
Ghrelin是生长激素促分泌素受体的内源性配体,是一种主要由胃肠分泌的含有28个氨基酸残基的短肽,它具有强烈的刺激GH分泌的功能。Ghrelin与其受体结合后可以产生广泛的生物学效应,在具有促生长激素分泌作用的同时,又具有维持能量正平衡、调节能量代谢的作用。不同的运动方式对Ghrelin水平的影响也不同,一般一次性急性运动不会导致ghrelin浓度的升高;长时间耐力性运动或者有氧健身运动,可能会导致ghrelin浓度的升高或者ghrelin对机体代谢作用的敏感性增加。本文通过查阅大量国内外文献,就Ghrelin的生物结构、分泌调控、生理功能及运动对其的影响做一综述。
Ghrelin is an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone secretogogue receptor, which includes 28 amino acids and is mainly produced by stomach. It has the function that stimulates G H's secretion. After combining with its receptor,Ghrelin has wide biological effects, besides its effect of stimulating GH,it can also regulate energy homeosta- sis. Different exercise method has different influences on ghrelin. Generally speaking, acute exercise of once won't make the level of ghrelin raise; Prolonged exercise of endurance or aerobic exercise may lead to the raise of ghrelin or the increased sensitivity of or ganic metabolism by Ghrelin. After a consultation of massive domestic and foreign literature,this article reviews ghrelin's molecular structure, secretion and regulation, physiological effects and the influence of exercise on ghrelin.
