摘要
为了研究观察膝半月板损伤施以关节镜手术后,通过等速训练对膝关节功能恢复及关节周围肌肉力量的影响。采用Cybex-600型等速运动测试仪对27例膝半月板损伤患者中随机选取19例进行患侧膝屈、伸肌进行等速运动训练。选用不同测试速度(60°/s、120°/s和180°)时的屈伸肌峰力矩、单次最大做功量和平均功率等指标对训练结果进行评定。结果发现:运动损伤后的恢复期通过等速训练对上述指标均可产生良好的影响,与对照组相比,具有统计学意义。得出结论:经过膝关节等速训练,可加速膝半月板损伤后的康复过程,对增加膝关节周围肌肉力量、保持膝关节的稳定性和运动能力均具有重要的意义。
Objectives:To evaluate the function of isokinetic training for the recovery of knee flexors and extensors strength after knee meniscus injuries and arthroscopic operation. Methods:Nineteen of twenty-seven patients with knee joint dysfunction after knee meniscus injuries received isokinetic dynamometer testing in both knee flexors and extensors strength with Cybex-600 isokinetic dynamometer for two months. The indicators of peak torque values,total work and average power of both knee flexors and extensors at three angular velocities (60°/s, 120°/s& 180°/s ) were taken to evaluate the training results. Result: It is shown that after isokinetic training the above index were improved greatly and it has statistical significance compared with the control group. Conclusions: The isokinetic training with knee joints can shorten the period of recovery of knee meniscus injuries,enhance the strength around knee joints and maintain the stability and the athletic ability of knee joints.
