我国普通高校体育教学面临的困境与超越——构建区域高校体育教学联盟的思考

On the Predicament and Transcending of P.E. Teaching Faced by General Colleges and Universities in China——Reflections on the Construction of Regional P.E. Teaching Alliance in Colleges & Universities in China

新时期我国普通高校体育教学面临的现实困境主要有:体育课程设置不能满足广大学生日益增长的体育需求;体育场馆、器材设施匮乏,利用率不高;体育教师专业化程度不高;体育教学管理信息化程度较低,教学秩序有待规范,教学质量有待提高。构建体育教学联盟,超越现实困境的策略是:体育教师资源的共享;体育课程资源的联合开发、共享以及学分互认;体育场馆设施、实验室、教学训练实践基地的开放、共建、共享;加强运动训练、群体竞赛的合作,丰富校园体育文化,提高大学竞技体育水平;体育图书信息资源、体育网络信息平台的共享和共建;联合组建科研团队,加强学术交流,进行科研攻关;采用灵活的联盟方式。

The practical predicament faced by general colleges and universities in China in P. E. teaching in the modern era mainly include：P. E. curriculum design cannot meet the ever-increasing athletic needs of the majority of students ; there is a shortage of sports fa- cilities and equipment,and with a low rate of utility;P. E. teachers still have a low degree of specialization;the managerial and informational level of P. E. teaching is yet to be in- creased ~ and the teaching order is to be standardized and teaching quality needs to be im- proved. The strategies for＂ constructing the P. E. teaching alliance and transcending the current plight are proposed in the following. P. E. teachers should share resources. Physi- cal education curriculum should be developed jointly,shared and academic credits be rec- ognized mutually. The sports stadium, facilities, laboratories and teaching and practice ba- ses should be opened, built and shared for all. The school sports training and cooperation of group competitions should be strengthened and the campus sports culture be enriched so that the level of college sports can be raised. Sports books, information resources and athletic information network platform should be built and shared jointly. Scientific research teams should be formed jointly to strengthen academic exchanges and carry on scientific researches. The method of alliance should be adopted in a flexible approach.
