产权视野下我国职业体育运动员与俱乐部劳资关系的研究

A Study on the Labor Relationship between Professional Athletes and clubs under Perspective of Property Rights

运用文献资料法从利益目标和劳资冲突2个方面分析职业体育运动员与俱乐部劳资关系的产权基础。探讨产权界定不清晰对我国职业体育运动员与俱乐部劳资关系的影响。认为不清晰的权利难以执行和实现双方的利益,从而引起劳资双方关系的不协调。从产权制度方面提出我国职业体育运动员与俱乐部劳资关系发展的对策建议。

By means of literature review, from the aspects of interest objectives and labor conflict,the author of this paper tends to analyze the property rights basis of the labor relations between professional athletes and clubs. The effects of unclear definition of property rights on the labor relations between professional athletes and clubs are discussed in the paper. It is believed that unclear definition of property rights is an obstacle for the implementation and realization of the interests of both sides, thus leading to the lack of coordination between the two parties. Finally, the author proposes some recommendations on the development of labor relations between professional athletes and clubs in China from the aspect of property rights system.
