摘要 振动力量训练作为一种新兴的训练手段,分为局部振动力量训练和全身振动力量训练,能明显提高肌肉的最大力量、爆发力和抗冲击、缓冲能力。对振动力量训练的生理机制、急性影响、长期适应进行了综述,并对振动力量训练发展趋势进行了探讨。lili在广泛收集、阅读、消化相关国内外文献的基础上,从理论、实践上论证了振动力量训练的可行性。 Vibration and strength training is a new type of training method, which includes local vibration training and whole--body vibration training, and which can improve the maximal muscular strength, explosive strength and muscle flexibility. In this article, the authors have reviewed the physiological mechanism, acute influence and chronic adaptive trait of vibration and strength training and discussed the developing trend of vibration and strength training.
