新疆少数民族传统体育发展研究

Study on Development of Traditional Sports of Minorities in Xinjiang

采用文献资料、访谈方法分析新疆少数民族传统体育的项目资源、发展现状及其制约因素,在此基础上提出了发展对策与建议。发展新疆少数民族传统体育必须加强理论研究,注重少数民族体育人才的培养,要把同学校体育、群众健身、经济建设结合起来,大力提高宣传力度和提高少数民族传统体育的现代化水平,从而促进新疆少数民族传统体育的发展。

By means of literature review and interviews, the authors have analyzed the resources,current developing situation and restraining factors of the national traditional sports of minorities in Xinjiang and proposed the countermeasures of development and suggestions. It is emphasized that in order to develop the national traditional sports of minorities in Xinjiang, theoretical researches must be strengthened, the cultivation of ath- letic talents of national traditional sports must be paid great attention to and the national traditional sports of minorities should be combined with school sports,mass fitness activities and economic construction. The national traditional sports of minorities should be greatly propagandized dynamics and its level of modernization should be enhanced so that the development of national traditional sports of minorities in Xinjiang can be promoted.
