从培训透视北京市中小学体育教师的专业化发展 被引量:10

On Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers in Elementary and Secondary Schools in Beijing from Perspective of Training

摘要 运用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法对北京市中小学体育教师的专业化发展问题进行研究。结果表明:北京市中小学体育教师已经具备基本的教学能力,有一定的专业基础,但随着新课程与教学改革的深入,对体育教师专业化发展问题提出了更高更新的要求。采取全新的培训模式对北京市中小学体育教师进行为期1年的专业化培训,其效果非常显著,体育教师的专业化水平都得到一定程度的提升,为更好地适应新一轮体育课程与教学改革提供了必要的保障。 By means of literature review, questionnaire, interviews with experts, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the issue of professional development of physical education teachers in Beijing elementary and secondary schools. The results show that physical education teachers in Beijing elementary and secondary schools have already acquired basic teaching ability and certain professional basis. But as the innovation of the new curriculum and teaching deepens, P. E. teachers are faced with higher and more challenging requirements as to their professional development. After one-year professional training toward some physical education teachers in Beijing elementary and sec- ondary schools with the new training mode, it is noted that the results are prominent, and the professional level of teachers has been improved to some extent, which can provide the necessary safeguard for the adaptation of a new round of reform of physical education curriculum and teaching.
