摘要 为了获得国家优秀脚斗士运动员平衡能力正常参考值及了解脚斗士运动对青少年平衡能力的影响。采用中国科学院合肥智能研究所生产的平衡测力台对脚斗士运动员和同年龄段正常青少年平衡能力定量测评,结合脚斗士运动特点分双脚静态、单脚蹲起、外力干扰和单脚跳跃四种姿势进行测试。脚斗士运动能明显提高人体的静态平衡能力;其中动态平衡能力的提高较为缓慢,并体现出各种参数变化的不同步性。 In order to obtain the normal reference index about the balancing ability of those excellent national Jiaodoushi athletes and to find out the effects of the exercise on the balancing ability of the youngsters, the authors of this paper have made quantitative tests on the balancing ability on Jiaodoushi athletes and the ordinary youngsters in the same age group by means of the balancing force test platform produced by Hefei Research Institute of Intelligence, Chinese Academy of Science. According to the athletic features of Jiaodoushi,the test includes four different kinds of postures, which are twofeet standing, squat-standing with single foot, standing with interference and jumping with single foot. The results show that the exercise can improve human bodies' balancing ability at static state greatly. In comparison with it, the improvement of human dynamic balancing ability is slower. Moreover,there is non-synchronism among the various chan ging parameters.
