By means of literature review from the aspects of the eoncept,theoreUcal basis and characteristics of related capital,the authors try to review the theory of related capital,emphasize that trust is the key element and cooperation is the main factor of related capital,point out the practical significance of related capital theory in professional sports management and believe that the related capital based on trust - cooperation will enhance the effectiveness of professional sports management.
