当今女子十项全能运动发展特征探索

A Study on the Current Developing Characteristics of Women's Decathlon

以优秀女子十项全能运动员为研究对象,对女子十项全能的项目特征、单项成绩评定进行了详细的分析。研究表明:当前女子十项全能运动项目设置有利于七项全能的顺利过渡;当前高水平女子十项全能运动员跑跳能力强、耐力较好,但铁饼、撑杆跳高技术性强的项目仍需提高。

The authors of this paper try to analyze in detail the characteristics and the individual performance of women＇s decathlon event by taking several elite women＇s decathlon achievements as research subjects. The results show that the item arrangement of women＇s decathlon is favorable for the smooth transit of heptathlon to decathlon. Currently,high-level women decathletes have lofty sprinting,jumping and stamina, but they have to improve their techniques in discus and pole-vault events.
