肾下腹主动脉瘤23例的治疗

Treatment of 23 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA)

目的总结肾下腹主动脉瘤的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2002年8月至2008年6月收治的肾下腹主动脉瘤患者23例,其中21例行腹主动脉瘤切除人工血管移植重建术,2例行腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术。结果2例死亡,余21例均获临床治愈。结论手术技术的进步和血管腔内修复术的开展,将提高腹主动脉瘤手术的安全性。

Objective To summarize our surgical experience on 23 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms（AAA） treatment. Methods The information of surgical treatment was analysed restrespectively in 23 cases of infrarenal AAA treated from August 2002 to June 2008.21 cases received resection of abdominal aneurysm plus artificial blood vessel transplantation, 2 cases received intracavitary repair. Results In these 23 cases, 21 were cured and 2 died. Conclusion With improvement of vascular surgical technique and development of endogaffing, the safety of AAA treatment would be improved.
