锁定钢板治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效观察

Clinical observation on locking compression plate fixation for tibial and fibular fractures

目的探索锁定钢板治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法对我院2006年1月至2007年12月收治的40例胫腓骨骨折疾病人,采取锁定钢板内固定分的方式，并进行骨折愈合的疗效观察。结果平均随访12月，平均愈合时间3—6月。所有病人均得到良好恢复。结论锁定钢板内固定方式治疗胫腓骨骨折具有明显的疗效。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of locking compression plate fixation in treatment of tibial and fibular fractures. Methods Forty cases of tibial and fibular fractures were treated with locking compression plate fixation during January 2006 to December 2007. The clinical outcome of treatment of tibial and fibular fractures with locking compression plate fixation was assessed. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 12 months.and all their tinctures were unionized in an average of 3 - 6 months. All patients had excellent result in treatment of these fractures, Conclusion The clinical result in treatment of tibial and fibular fractures with locking compression plate fixation is satisfactory.
