新的体外循环心脏跳动中心内直视术

A new approach for open heart surgery under mild mild hypothermia,cardiopulmonary bypass and beating heat

我院在１９９７年３月至１９９７年５月采用新的体外循环方法：即在浅低温体外循环心脏跳动中施行心内直视手术。共施行了２０例，其中心脏瓣装置换１４例：ＭＶＥ（二尖瓣置换８例）、ＡＶＲ（主动脉瓣置换２例）、ＲＭＶＲ（二尖瓣再次置换２例）、ＵｖＲ（二尖瓣和主动脉瓣双心瓣置换２例）、ＡＳＤ和ＶＳＤ（房间隔和室间隔缺损各３例），皆取得满意临床效果。并对心肌保护、脑复苏和脑栓塞，出血与血尿，以及心肌细胞超微结构损害进行探讨与研究。

rom March to April of this yeart (1997),20 cases of open heart surgery were performed under mildhypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass and beating heart in our Hopital.They indude MVR 8.DVE (AVR+MVR),RMVR2,AVR,2,ASD or VSD repairment each 3,and and satisfactory clinicalresult has benn got in all of them.The associated studies with new approach such as myoardial proteection,prevention of air embolism,hemorrhage or hematuria,and changes of myocardial ultramicrostructre have been started.
