农村社会养老保险制度一直是理论界研究的热点问题,在参阅了近40篇相关论文的基础上,对2007年农村社会养老保险制度的研究,从建立农村社会养老保险制度必要性和可行性问题、农村社会养老保险制度中政府责任问题、农村社会养老保险制度存在的问题和完善农村社会养老保险制度五方面进行了总结,以期引起全社会对该问题的关注和重视。

The endowment insurance system in rural society has been a hot issue in the theoretical circles. On the basis of 40 papers published, in terms of the research on the endowment insurance system in rural society, this paper summarizes the necessity and feasibility of the endowment insurance system in rural society, the government＇s responsibility of the endowment insurance system in rural society, the existing problems of the current endowment insurance system in rural society, hoping to receive the concern and attention of the whole of society to this issue.
