摘要
从关注高职学生职业性发展、拓宽就业面和提高就业力的角度来进行课程改革,以工作环境和工作过程为载体,构建"锥形"课程模式。它是以工作体系为建构视阈,以"就业有优势,择业有基础,发展有空间"为建构内容,以课程模块为建构形式,以培养和谐发展的人为建构目标的课程结构范式。
This paper discusses the curriculum reform from the perspective of professional development, employment expanding and employment ability, and regards the improvement of the working environment and process as its carrier to construct cone curriculum model. It has viewed working system as its visual threshold, "students with employment superiority, with foundation for professional choice and with development space" as its content, curriculum module as its construction form and all-round cultivation as its construction target.
