摘要
为了给城市快速路限速标准的制定提供参考,针对8条快速路进行了交通调查。对城市快速路不同线形条件和交通条件下的分时段、分车道与分车型的85%位车速特征进行了分析,认为快速路平直段及曲线段不同时段、车道与车型的85%位车速存在差异。同时,对城市快速路交通量、交通组成与85%位车速的关系进行了研究,给出了自由流条件下车速及大型车比例的分布范围。提出城市快速路可根据道路不同线形条件分车道、分车型进行限速。
In order to provide referencing materials to formulate speed limit standard for urban expressways, traffic investigation is conducted on eight expressways. Based on an analysis on characteristics of the 85th percentile speed on urban expressway, this paper identifies that there are differences in the 85th percentile speed over tangent and curved segments of an expressway during different period of time within different lanes and by different types of vehicles. Furthermore, the paper obtains the distribution of speed and the percentage of large vehicle under the condition of free flow, based on an analysis on traffic volume, traffic share and the 85th percentile speed on urban expressway. Finally, the paper proposes speed limit for different lanes, types of vehicles and road alignments.
