综合干预提高居委会卫生干部卫生知识知晓率

Improving the awareness rate of hygiene knowledge using a comprehensive way for neighborhood hygiene coordinators

目的研究综合干预对提高居委会卫生干部有害生物防治知识认知程度和卫生行为合格率的影响。方法运用流行病学现场干预方法,对普陀区213家居委会的卫生干部采取集中培训、操作指导等多种形式的干预措施,干预前后分别进行一次有害生物防治知识问卷调查和操作技能考核,并对干预前后软硬件设施落实情况进行检查。结果采取综合干预措施后居委会卫生干部有害生物防治知识认知程度合格率(优良和合格)由66.2%提高到98.59%;卫生行为合格率由54.46%提高到92.49%;各项有害生物防治软硬件设施建设中有害生物防治制度、药械配备、宣传专栏、考核制度分别由66.18%、73.24%、67.14%、52.58%提高到99.53%、100.00%、96.71%、93.90%;干预前后居委会卫生干部有害生物防治知识认知程度合格率、卫生行为合格率和各项有害生物防治软硬件设施建设各项指标相比均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论综合干预是提高居委会卫生干部有害生物防治业务能力行之有效的好方法,值得进一步推广。

Objective To aim at a comprehensive way of intervention designed to improve neighborhood hygiene coordinators＇work qualifications, as well as their awareness of pests control program. Methods Applying on-the- scene epidemiological intervening techniques,training programs and operational instructions to the neighborhood hygiene coordinators, who had been working at 213 neighborhood units in Putuo district. Investigating the coordinators before and ＇after our intervention on their hygienic knowledge by questionnaires and operational skills respectively,and also inspecting the fulfillment of all the facilities and regulations in two separate periods. Results After our intervention, the coordinators＇ hygienic awareness went up to 98.59% ;their work qualifications（54. 46% ） increased to 92.49% ;the four items of local facilities and regulations, pest-elimlnating（66. 18% ）, pesticides and equipments （73. 24% ）, publicity posters（67.14% ）,and assessment regulations（52. 58% ） had remarkably risen to 99. 53%, 100. 00%, 96.71% and 93.90% respectively. And statistical analysis indicated that all the differences of the above-mentioned figures had been significant（P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Our comprehensive way of intervention prove is a good and effective approach to update the work proficiency of the neighborhood hygiene coordinators.
