4种杀虫剂对致倦库蚊幼虫的毒效测定 被引量:6

摘要 目的测定4种不同类型的杀虫剂对南宁市5城区致倦库蚊幼虫的毒效。方法采用WHO幼虫浸液法。结果4种杀虫剂对5城区致倦库蚊幼虫的LC50敌敌畏为0.9841~1.2956mg/m^3,残杀威为0.0061~0.0209mg/m^3,氯氰菊酯为0.0019~0.0032mg/m^3,双硫磷为0.0012~0.0024mg/m^3。结论从4种杀虫剂对致倦库蚊幼虫的毒效来看.以双硫磷最好,残杀威、氯氰菊酯对幼虫毒效次之,敌敌畏毒效最差. Objective To evaluate the toxic effect of four kinds of insecticides against Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larva in five districts of Nanning. Methods WHO larva immersion method. Results The LC50 of Calex piplens qinquefasciatus larva to DDVP, propoxur, cypermethrin and abate were 0. 984 1 - 1. 295 6, 0. 006 1 - 0. 020 9, 0. 001 9 - 0. 003 2, 0, 001 2 -0. 002 4 mg/m^3. Conclusion The toxic effect of abate is better than propoxur and cypermethrin, the worst one is DDVP.
