目的了解长沙市家蝇及德国小蠊抗药性情况,为科学地使用杀虫剂灭蝇、灭蟑提供科学依据。方法点滴法。结果长沙市家蝇及德国小蠊对4种常用杀虫剂氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、敌敌畏均产生了不同程度的抗药性。结论应采取科学的方法使用杀虫剂,有效地控制蝇、蟑抗药性的增长。

Objective To know the resistance of Musca domestica and Blattella germanica in Changsha city,and provide scientific evidence for killing flies and cockroaches. Methods Topical application methods. Results Musca domestica and Blattella germanica had resistance to permethrin, beta-cypermethrin, tetramethrin and DDVP to some degree. Conclusion As far as resistance is concerned, we should use insecticides scientifically and prevent the resistance from increasing.
