摘要
为了增加光纤O2传感器敏感膜的工作寿命,作者首次合成了配体4,7-二苯基-1,10-二氮杂菲的两种高亲脂性烷基衍生物,并用它们的Ru(Ⅱ)配合物(取代基R=0,C3H7和C7H5)制成均态的聚苯乙烯膜;对三种膜的特性进行了对比研究。结果显示,三种膜对氧的响应可逆性好,在气相氧浓度0%~20%范围内,完全遵从Stern-Volmer方程,配体取代基碳链越长,对溶解氧响应时间越短,荧光试剂的流失越少。
For increasing lifetime of sensitive membrane of fiber optic oxygen sensor,the highly lipophilic derivatives of the 4,7 diphenyl 1,10 phenan throline ligand by alkylating the phenyl were firstly synthesized.With their Ru(Ⅱ) complexes the homogenous poly (styrene) membranes were prepared and the membrane characteristics for Ru(Ⅱ) diph phen 3(ClO 4) 2 derivatives (substituent R=0,3,7,) were compared.The experiments showed that the fluorescent response behaviour of three kinds of membranes for O 2 was reversible,and Stern Volmer plots were linear in the range of 0% 20% O 2.The longer the side chain of substituent in ligand lengthened,the shorter the response to dissolved O 2 persisted,and the little the leaching of fluorescence compound came off.Therefore the expected lifetime of the membrane should be longer.
