摘要
12kV真空断路器近年来发展迅速。真空断路器的优点是有较长的电寿命，但难于鉴别其优劣。本文分析了真空断路器的许多型式试验记录，从中总结出一套能表徽真空断路器电寿命能力的判据，能判断其优劣，便于用户作出选择。本文所列判据已列入电力行业标准DL／T615－1997“高压交流断路器参数选用导则”，并于1997年颁发实施。
Based on the analysis of 29 type test reports of vacuum circuit-breakers (VCB) in the laboratory of in recent 15 years,this paper advances a new method to show the electrical-breaking-endurance-quality of VCB. The criteria are:opening speed and arcing-times during breaking, the distrbution of first-pole-to-clear in three-phase,variation of breaking times, the over-time of arcing-times and restriking after breaking,rebound during making and breaking operation,and the number of breaking times of test-duty No. 4. This methed proposes scientific basis for selection of the best quality of VCB.
