本文重点研究接闪器的消雷现象。在报导消雷现象客观存在的实例的基础上，对消雷机理作了初步探讨，它应该是空间电荷的屏蔽作用和中和作用两者共同的结果。

This paper investigates the possibility of lightning reduction by using the lightning receiver. On the basis of the practical facts of the lightning reduction, the mechanism of the lightning receiver is discussed. The combination effects of the shielding of the space charges and neutralization causes the reduction of the lightning. The analysis is preliminary,only a few commonplace remarks for attracting more valuable opinions.
