摘要
SG420t/h-M419型锅炉存在结渣及汽温问题,经分析研究,认为主要是卫燃带敷设方式,炉内空气动力特性不良等结构设计欠缺和热力计算不准确等因素所致。为此,采取了相应的改造措施,彻底解决了结渣与汽温问题。
The slagging and steam temperature deviation etc. problems existing on SG420t/h M419 type boilers are analyzed and studied.All these problems result mainly from improper structural design and inaccurate heat dynamics calculation,such as improper laying method of refractory faced belt and poor aerodynamics characteristics in the furnace etc. After appropriate retrofitting measures were taken,the slagging and steam temperature deviation etc. problems have been completely solved.
