老年冠心病痰瘀证ApoE基因多态性分布特点研究

Research on Distribution of ApoE Gene Polymorphism in Syndrome of Phlegm and Blood Stasis of Senile Coronary Disease

目的:探讨载脂蛋白E?ApoE?基因多态性在老年冠心病痰瘀证的分布特点。方法:选择50例冠心病痰瘀证型患者及30例健康老年人对照者,进行ApoE基因型检测。结果:发现6种基因型,分别为E3/3、E4/3、E4/4、E4/2、E2/2、E2/3,老年冠心病痰瘀证型患者ApoE4/3基因型和ε4等位基因频率均高于健康老年对照组;ApoE基因型分布不存在性别差异。结论:ApoE基因多态性与老年冠心病痰瘀证有一定关系,E4/3基因型与中医痰瘀证有一定关系。

Objective ： To observe the distribution characteristic of ApoE gene polymorphism in senile coronary artery disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods： 50 cases suffered from senile coronary artery disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were in the treatment group, and 30 healthy aged people were in the control group. ApoE genotype was detected. Results： Six genotypes were acquired, which were E3/3, E4/3, E4/4, E4/2, E2/2 and E2/3. ApoE4/3 genotype and ε4 allele frequency in treatment group were more than those in control group. There were no sex differences in distribution of ApoE genotype. Conclusion ： There are some relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in senile coronary artery disease, and E4/3 genotype has high relativity with TCM syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.
