摘要
目的:探讨黄芪、三七有效成分槲皮素(Que)和三七总皂甙(tPNS)对动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型大鼠血清白细胞分化抗原40的配体(CD40L)表达的影响。方法:高脂饮食建立AS大鼠模型。造模成功后药物干预4周,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测各组血清CD40L表达。结果:高脂饮食能诱发大鼠形成AS模型。以槲皮素三七总皂甙3:1组治疗效果最佳,与各组血清CD40L的表达量相比,有统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:两者不同比例配伍组方可以下调血清CD40L的表达。檞皮素三七总皂甙3:1组方疗效最佳。
Objective: To explore the effect of quercetin and total panax notoginseng saponins on CD40L expression in atherosclerotic model rat. Method: Healthy male Wistar rats were fed up with high fat diet for 12weeks to make atherosclerosis model. After 3 months, different medicines were given to the rats in different groups respectively, and ligustrazine was given to the rats in control group by gastrogavage for 4 weeks. Finally, CD40L expression in serum was determined by ELISA method. Result: High fat diet could induce rat to come into being athero- sclerosis model. CD40L expression in 3:1 treatment group showed statistical significance comparing with other groups(P 〈0.05). And Quercetin and total Panax Notoginseng Saponins in 3:1 treatment group showed better effect. Conclusion :Different proportional compatibility combinations can down-regulate CD40L expression. And 3:1 treatment group shows the best effect on decreasing CD40L expression.
