This paper describes a power network graph editing system based on Turbo Prolog. The editing process employs the idea of stratification, with which the process is divided into editing base graphs, labeling elements, forming power network graphs, etc. The system can serve to edit power network graphs conveniently for expert systems developed in Turbo Prolog. Furthermore, the general configuration, databases and main functions are described. In addition, the idea of editing base graphs with the help of AutoCAD is provided and the interfacial software has been developed in Turbo Prolog.
