The article summarizes the successful practice for China＇s refining ＆ petrochemical industry in persisting in developing strategy of integration of refining ＆ petrochemical since reform ＆ opening-up,and illustrates that practice of integration of coal ＆ electric power may be an important developing strategy to drive sound development of China＇s coal-electric power industry and realize win-win.In view of the important position for coal industry in China＇s energy industry,it is of great urgency to direct integration of coal ＆ electric power with scientific development view for the development of China＇s energy industry.
