百力士160生物酶在压裂液破胶中的适应性研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了百力士160生物酶的破胶机理。分析了压裂液添加剂、pH值、温度、部分离子、相关物质、APS破胶剂等因素对酶活性的影响。结果表明,压裂液添加剂对酶破胶活性影响不大;80~90℃、pH值7~9为酶的最佳活性条件;离子对酶活性的影响从大到小依次为:Ca2+、I-、Mg2+、Na+、Cl-、Br-、K+、Fe3+,有机汞、重金属盐使酶失去活性;APS破胶剂的投加量在0.01%~0.05%、酶浓度大于0.003%时,APS破胶剂对酶活性影响不大。同时在辽河油田进行了现场试验,施工成功率100%,累计增油5530t,增气909×104m3。 This paper introduces on the mechanism of Pyrolase-160 biological enzyme and analyzes on the influence factors of fracturing fluid additives ,pH value ,temperature ,some ions ,relative materials and APS gel breaker.The results show that the fracturing fluid additives have little influence on enzyme pH value gelbreaking activity.The optimal activity condition of enzyme is temperature of 80-90℃ and pH value of 7-9. The influence level of ions on enzyme activity is Ca^2+,I^-,Mg^2+,Na^+,Cl^-,Br^-,K^+ and Fe^3+ from down size.The organic mercury and heavy metal make enzyme lose activity.When the addition of APS gel breaker is 0.01%- 0.05% and the concentration is more than 0.003%,APS gel breaker has little influence on enzyme activity. At the same time,the field test is done in Liaohe oilfield with a success rate of 100% ,cumulative oil increment of 5530t and gas increment of 909×10^4m^3.
