摘要
介绍了高岭土组成对FCC催化剂的影响。总结了国内在高岭土热处理改性、化学改性及其在合成沸石中应用的研究进展。具体介绍了高岭土在合成4A沸石、Y沸石、ZSM-5分子筛、MCM-41介孔分子筛中的应用。研究结果表明,对高岭土进行改性,开发出具有适宜孔分布的基质材料,可提高高岭土的催化活性。高岭土经活化后产生的活性硅、铝源,在碱性体系中逐步溶解,通过对反应的灵活调变,在一定的反应条件下可以合成各种沸石。
This article discusses the influence of compositions of kaolin on the properties of FCC catalyst.It reviews the progress in the research on kaolin modification by means of heat treatment and chemical process as well as the application of kaolin in synthetic zeolite.Specifically,the article describes the application of kaolin in synthesizing 4A zeolite,Y zeolite ,ZSM-5 molecular sieve and MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve. Study results show that modifying kaolin by developing matrix with proper porosity distribution can enhance the catalytic activity of kaolin.Active silica and aluminum source produced in the process of activating kaolin gradually dissolve in an alkaline system and can generate various zeolite products under certain reaction conditions through the flexible adjustment to the reaction.
