催化柴油精制剂的筛选与工业试验

摘要 以中国石化济南分公司140×104t/a重油催化裂化柴油为原料,选择DF-01和HD两种催化裂化柴油精制剂,进行精制试验。结果表明,DF-01精制剂的精制效果较好,因此采用DF-01精制剂在80×104t/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了工业试验,并进行了6个月的工业生产。结果表明,DF-01剂的加剂量应为0.25%~0.4%(质量分数),电场沉降时间应以不小于3h为宜。精制后的催化柴油进成品罐,按催化裂化柴油∶直馏柴油∶加氢柴油=20∶47∶33的比例调合出厂,产品指标符合合格品标准。 This article describes the selection and commercial test of refining agents used for FCC diesel in Sinopec Jinan Company.Technicians conducted a refining test using diesel oil from a 140×10^4t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit as feedstock and two refining agents DF-01 and HD.Test results show that DF-01 has better refining effect and therefore technicians selected DF-01 in a commercial test in an 80×10^4t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and in commercial production for six months.Application results show that the dosage of DF-01 should be 0.25%-0.4%(mass) and that the electric field settling time should not be longer than 3 hours.The refined FCC diesel should be stored in an oil product tank and sold in a blend of 20% FCC diesel,47% straight run diesel and 33% hydrogenated diesel.The product meets relevant diesel oil quality standards.
