摘要
分析了管道输油站测温仪表精度低对能耗的影响。分析了仪表精度下降的原因:组成仪表设备的半导体有温度漂移的特性;一次表安装不合理;二次表环境温度不理想。提出了解决方法:采用高精度的一次表;采用一、二次表误差互补;定期检查、校验进出站测温仪表系统;正确安装一次表,避免因安装不合理而产生的误差;在室内安装空调、取暖设施,确保二次表运行的环境温度在17℃左右。进行了实例分析,验证了提高仪表精度的解决方法。
This article analyzes the influence of precision accuracy of thermometric instruments on the energy efficiency of an oil distribution station of a pipeline.The article attributes the decline in the precision accuracy of thermometric instruments to three factors :first,the semiconductors used in the instruments have temperature drift characteristics ; second, the installation of primary instruments is improper ; third, the ambient temperature at which the secondary instruments operate is not ideal.Solutions recommended in the article include using high-precision primary instruments ,adopting the method of error compensation for primary and secondary instruments,periodically checking and verifying the thermometric instrument system,properly installing primary instruments and installing indoor air conditioners and heat supply facilities to ensure the ambient temperature at which secondary thermometric instruments work to stay at around 17℃.Through case studies,the methods of increasing the precision accuracy of instruments were verified.
