摘要
探讨了一种集成诊断和控制系统的体系结构。集成系统的执行层为常规的热工控制系统,协调层为监协调督控制器以及诊断系统。作为集成系统的核心,协调层的诊断系统除了能够给出设备故障的最终结论以外,还能够给出设备故障的趋势预测结论,从而协调、修正执行层控制系统的控制目标或控制策略,以达到防止故障发生的目的。
This paper introduces the system structure of an integrated diagnosis and control system of which the executive level consists of common control systems, and the coordinate level consists of a superior and the diagnosis system. The diagnosis system not only can draw a conclusion on the final failure of equipment, but also can predict the failure trend. Futher, the superior can coordinate and modify the control strategy or control target of the control system to avoid equipment failure.
