混合淋巴细胞反应中白细胞介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达对肝移植急性排斥反应的预测价值
摘要
白细胞介素（IL）-2和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α的表达水平与器官移植供受体间主要组织相容复合体（MHC）的吻合度密切相关。动物实验叫和临床病例中，移植物受体术后血浆IL-2或TNF-α浓度升高提示急性排斥反应（AR）的发生。淋巴细胞激活是肝脏移植AR的首要因素，供受体淋巴细胞混合反应（MLR）是研究移植排斥反应机制的可靠模型。
