摘要
由于生铁的原因,国内铸件中的微量元素Ti通常略高于进口铸件,而Ti在铸铁中又以化合物形式存在,因而被认为是恶化加工性能的主要原因。通过对不同Ti含量试样的车削加工试验认为,Ti含量在0.05%以下时对机加工性能没有明显的影响,而铸件硬度及硬度的均匀性对刀具磨损的影响较为显著。
Due to the pig iron, titanium (Ti) content in domestic castings is usually higher than that in imported ones. Ti usually exists as compound in castings, which is believed to be the main reason for poor machinability. The turning tests have been carried out on samples with different Ti content, and the result shows that the content of Ti has no obvious effect on machinability when it is below 0.05%, however, the hardness and hardness uniformity of the castings do have great impact on machinability.
