摘要 测量了四种钢铁材料在长江淡水中的腐蚀率和点蚀深度,并测定了球墨铸铁腐蚀产物的组成。分析了石墨形态及腐蚀产物对铸铁腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:铸铁材料在长江淡水中的腐蚀是氧去极化腐蚀。灰口铸铁的平均腐蚀率最大,而球墨铸铁的点蚀最严重。 Corrosion rate and pitting corrosion depth of four kinds of iron and steel in freshwater of Changjing are tested. The composition of corrosion products of the spheroidal graphite iron is determined. The effects of graphite morphology and corrosion products on cast iron corrosive nature are analyzed. The results indicate that the corrosion form of cast iron in freshwater of Changing is mainly oxygen absorption corrosion. The average corrosion rate of gray cast iron is the highest and the pitting corrosion of spheroidal graphite iron is the most serious.
