摘要
采用有限元分析的方法对水平式和倾斜式矿用汽车车架进行性能对比分析,结果表明,倾斜式车架纵梁前部的应力明显增大,使整车载荷重心前移,前桥面临过载危险。通过优化后的"深碗形"货厢形状能够消除倾斜式车架造成的前桥过载危险,并且能使整车在重心降低的同时,轴荷分配更趋合理。这一分析结果为矿用汽车的整体设计提供了理论依据。
The performance of mining truck with horizontal frame or sloping frame is carried out contrastive analysis by using the FEA method. The result shows that the stress in the front area of sloping frame longitudinal beam increases obviously, causing the gravty center of truck move forwards, so it makes the front-axle overload. By optimizing structure of the cargo tank to deep-bowl shape, over-loading of the front-axle that caused by sloping jrame can be avoided and the gravity center can be depressed, and the axial load distribution tends to be more reasonable, which provides a theoretical basis for the general design of mining truck.
