摘要
目的对剑叶龙血树叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及波谱方法对实验得到的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果共得到13个单体化合物,分别鉴定为异鼠李素(Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Ⅰ)、25(R)-螺甾烷-5-烯-3β醇(Ⅲ)、纤细皂苷(Ⅳ)、25(R)-螺甾烷-5-烯-3β,14α-二醇(Ⅴ)、25(R)-螺甾烷-5-烯-3β,14α-二醇-3-O—β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅵ)、25(R)-螺甾烷-5-烯-3β,14α-二醇-3-O—α—L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅶ)、25(R)-螺甾烷-14α-羟基-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅶ)、7β-羟基-谷甾醇-3-O—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、β-豆甾醇(Ⅹ)、豆甾醇-3-O—β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅻ)、β-甲基葡萄糖苷(Ⅻ)。结论剑叶龙血树叶的主要成分为螺甾类化合物。化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the leaves of Dracaena cochinchinensis. Methods The compounds were separated with column chromatography and their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral method, respectively. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the plant. They were identified as isorhamnerin ( Ⅰ ), quercetin ( Ⅱ ), 25 (R)-spirostane-5-en-3β-ol (Ⅲ), gracillin (Ⅳ), 25 (R)-spirostane-5-en-3β, 14α-diol (Ⅴ), 25 (R)- spirostane-5-en-3β, 14α-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅵ ) , 25 (R)-spirostane-5-en-3β, 14α-diol-3-O-α-L- rhamnopyranosy (1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), 25 (R)-spirostane-14α-hydroxy-4-en-3-one (Ⅶ), 7β- hydroxysistosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅸ ), β-stigmasterol (Ⅹ), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (Ⅺ), daueosterol ( Ⅻ ), and methyl β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅻ). Conclusion Spirostane-type steroids are the major constituents in the leaves of D. cochinchinensis. Compounds Ⅰ -Ⅱ , Ⅴ , Ⅵ , Ⅶ, and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
