摘要
利用双道原子荧光光谱法对畜禽养殖废水中总汞、总砷进行测定,使用自制的改进液体进样装置,直接检测样品消解原液中砷元素,省去还原和加酸,并且通过在线添加正丙醇溶液能够完全消除样品溶液在仪器管路内部产生的气泡干扰。方法检出限汞为0.165 ug/L,砷为0.178 ug/L,回收率为90.1%~94.5%,相对偏差不高于4.43%。
This paper detected the total Mercury and Arsenic in wastewater of Livestock farms by double channels-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,using the improved liquid injection devices,to measure the total arsenic and mercury in digestion stook solution,of samples it leaves out the reduction and acid addition.And with the online addition of n-propanol,air bubbles interference of sampie solution in the internal pipeline were completely eliminated.The results showed that the detection limits of this method was 0.165ug/L for Hg and 0.178ug/L for As,The recovery was 90.1%~94.5%,the relative standard deviation was less than 4.43%.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.
